The uniform user interfaces of the BANCOS solutions, which have a Windows look and feel, reduce the familiarisation period. The GUIs (graphical user interfaces), which run as Java applets, can be used independently of the operating system. Centralised data mining simplifies customer support and allows comprehensive evaluations and assessments to be made at the touch of a button.
