Oliver Struck
Member of the Executive Board
After studies of law Oliver Struck held various positions at G&H Bankensoftware AG.
As one of the very first employees of the organisation he strongly shaped the development of the initial BANCOS securities trading and loans system. Besides that,
he acted as the organisation’s Business Development Manager opening new business areas and markets for BANCOS. In 1999, general procuration was transferred to Oliver, and he became the organisation’s CEO with areas of focused responsbility being Marketing and Sales, Controlling and Development.
Erik Endriss
Member of the Executive Board
Since his studies of computer science Eric held various positions at G&H Bankensoft-
ware AG. As one of the very first employees of the organisation he pushed the development of the BANCOS solution based on a relational data model. He became G&H’s Managing Director in 1992 and the organisation’s CTO in 1999.
Steffen Hertlein
Member of the Executive Board
Steffen Hertlein held management positions in the German banking industry for over
17 years. Before his move to G&H Bankensoftware AG, he was responsible for IT and operations in Deutsche Handelsbank AG. Steffen joined G&H in 2000 focusing on customer service and HR with general procuration being transferred to him in 2001. Steffen was nominated as the organisation’s COO in 2005.
